All hail the time when we realise that we control 99% of our lives! Yet, we consciously grant ourselves the permission to be affected by negative feelings, emotions, people or thoughts. Even worse, some of us identify this destructive behaviour and choose to ignore because we have fallen in love with the space we have created; and so we bask in the comfort we have found in our pain, depression or sadness. It’s time for the cut-off. Cut-off your negative thinking. Cut-off yourself from your emotions. Cut-off negative people.
